Property Expertise Since 2008

ValuConsult(Aust) commenced operations in 2008, initially providing property valuation and consultancy services across metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding areas. 

In the first half of 2016, sister firm ValuConsult & Associates commenced providing some of these valuation and consultancy services, while the Principal of ValuConsult(Aust) expanded into property advocacy services. 

Today, the two businesses operate under the ValuConsult name, providing complementary property valuation, consultancy and advocacy services.

Our valuation reports have been prepared for a wide range of legal, taxation, government and other purposes, including matters involving Australian courts, the Australian Taxation Office, State Revenue Office Victoria, Centrelink and other government agencies. 

Our services have also been used by accounting and legal firms, property developers, builders, real estate professionals and private clients.
